Courtlyn Custom Dog Food is a family owned and operated Alberta based business that believes in quality for your pets. They strive to provide the best quality of pet food. They only use the best products / full animals to make up our food and will NEVER re-sell premade products from another company, which many retailers rely on. This production operation allows Courtlyn to retain 100% control over the production process, providing the highest quality of pet food at a more affordable price. All of their proteins are from provincial and or federally inspected facilities. In addition to their focus on quality, they have a canine certified nutritionist to assist us with any questions you may have regarding feeding strategies. Their nutritionist continually upgrades their education to enable them to provide us with the most updated information possible when it comes to feeding your pets.
DOES YOUR PET HAVE ALLERGIES TO CERTAIN PROTEINS AND YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT CROSS-CONTAMINATION?
All of Courtlyn's mixes ( 80/10/10 and 60/10/30) are single source mixes. Chicken is only mixed with Chicken bone and Chicken organ. Turkey is only mixed with turkey and turkey organ. They will NEVER substitute beef organs for chicken organs. This process ensures that if your pet has allergies, you know exactly what your dog is getting. They take great pride in making sure that their equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized so there is NO cross contamination between products. This process maintains unique production lines for each product. Since Courtlyn retains 100% control over their production facility and the facility operations, they can stand by the quality of the products they produce.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because quality of our products is of the utmost importance, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. For whatever reason, if you have left over food, we can assist you in donating your food to an organization that we know will use it and appreciate it.

Pickup Discalaimer:
Raw For Paws "The Seller" provides an order pickup service as a convenience for its customers. I "The Buyer" acknowledge that The Buyer is choosing to pick up an order at the specified date and time listed on The Buyer's receipt and that The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the order is picked up at that specified location, date and time. The Buyer acknowledges that The Seller may not have freezer space available to store the order if not picked up. The Buyer further acknowledges that if "The Buyer" is unable to pickup an order at the specified date and time, The Seller is not held responsible for product damage should freezer space not be available to hold the order. The Buyer will contact The Seller at least 72 hours prior to the order arrival to arrange short term storage and/or a different pickup location, or date, and time, or delivery at which time The Seller will determine if storage space is available and provide The Buyer with confirmation. At that time, a new pickup location, date and time will be arranged and that the new pickup date and time will not exceed 7 days following the original pickup date and time. No refunds or exchanges will be provided by The Seller to The Buyer if The Buyer's order is not picked up and damaged.
