Pickup Disclaimer
Raw For Paws "The Seller" provides an order pickup service as a convenience for its customers. I "The Buyer" acknowledge that The Buyer is choosing to pick up an order at the specified date and time listed on The Buyer's receipt and that The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the order is picked up at that specified location, date and time.
The Buyer acknowledges that The Seller may not have freezer space available to store the order if not picked up.
The Buyer further acknowledges that if "The Buyer" is unable to pickup an order at the specified date and time, The Seller is not held responsible for product damage should freezer space not be available to hold the order.
The Buyer will contact The Seller at least 72 hours prior to the order arrival to arrange short term storage and/or a different pickup location, or date, and time, or delivery at which time The Seller will determine if storage space is available and provide The Buyer with confirmation.
At that time, a new pickup location, date and time will be arranged and that the new pickup date and time will not exceed 7 days following the original pickup date and time. No refunds or exchanges will be provided by The Seller to The Buyer if The Buyer's order is not picked up and damaged.
